He further emphasized that accomplishing the newly set record, alongside the 29 other talented artists who tirelessly played multiple musical instruments for an uninterrupted duration of 40 hours and 19 minutes, was an arduous task. Nevertheless, the group is overjoyed with their achievement.
“I am thrilled that we have successfully achieved our goal. My intention is to support local artists from my community and provide them with a platform to express their creativity. The planning phase took us approximately three months. The adjudication process was quite extensive, but we persisted until we obtained the approval and commenced the certification process. Our determination carried us through until the very end, and today, we celebrate this triumphant success. We conducted the recording session at Sambol Production Studio in Lagos, and we are grateful that it has propelled us onto the world stage,” he added.
